"We came for the code but stayed for the community." Tech is more than raising and merging PRs or clearing tasks on kanban boards—it is also about people, finding purpose, and belonging. In this keynote, we'll go through a journey, somewhat similar to yours—from gaining technical skills/mentorship to building a strong sense of community.
