There is wonderful diversity within PyLadies, especially in the ways our members grow and make an impact in tech. Some have turned their Python contributions, whether open-source projects, community initiatives, or side projects, into real products, services, or meaningful outcomes. In this session, we will hear their inspiring stories and explore the journeys from contributor to creator, innovator, or community leader. Panelists will share lessons learned along the way, including practical insights for turning ideas into action, navigating challenges, and discovering new opportunities. Attendees will leave motivated, inspired, and with a deeper appreciation for the creativity, dedication, and impact within the PyLadies community.
